wee recess week officially starts today!
so far, for the weekends, I've been able to catch up with friends I haven't meet for a long time.
This Friday was spent with Shihui and Jingwen going to the F1 practice race. It was SUPER DUPER noisy and when the cars were rounding the bend, I swear my eardrums almost burst!

ANYWAYS, it was shihui's 21st birthday celebration and we went to eat steamboat plus kbox-ed afterwards! =) Shihui, I hope u love your presents and hope u enjoyed urself!

The next day, Saturday, met up with my yr1 poly classmates - Van, clarence, congkai, aikseng & ts for Clarence's birthday party. ate bbq and went to catch "the ugly truth". it is super funny! highly recommended. after the movie, we sat outside starbucks and talked till morning. oh man, missed the times we had during year 1.


Sunday, went to Sal's house for hari raya and also to have a small birthday celebration for her =) the food was great! I love home cook meals. long time since i had any. even got a green packet from her parents hahas! Thanks for inviting me to your home, Sal. =)

wow so many birthday celebrations in a week, but I had fun and hope u all had fun too =) HAPPY BIRTHDAY and I love u all =P

Very stress nowadays. Esp with the announcement of not being able to park inside my condo, which is super duper lame. The main issue is that every flat is only entitled to one lot BUT nowadays in our society alot of families own more then 1 car! Soooo now... even if we are willing to pay that $100 for an extra lot, its not applicable anymore. Hais! So where shall I park now? So stupid! -_-

AND! I just got fined again. $50 this time. It's not the amount that pissed me off, it's that the person who fined me, did it at 3.34am! AM lehs! Who walks around at 3.34am in the morning to give people fines. you tell me. damn sickening! And I drove all the way home not noticing it until I parked and the ticket caught my eye. I was DAMN pissed.

HAIS! cars can be very convenient and also a very big burden. what to do? I asked for it, didn't I.

Good english is damn important, if you don't believe me then try writing an essay. You wouldn't want to keep using the same word over and over again would you? So we need to have a huge collection of vocab. And what about linking them together in the right way? Here is where grammar comes in.

After 1 year in university I can safely say my english SUCKS! It's not like I don't read story books while growing up, but it just seems like it didn't help. And to make matters worse, I speak english at home. WAHAHA what a joke.

And oh ya, bb rocks! I'm loving it =)

Driving -- I realised the more experienced I become, the faster i drive, the harder I step on the pedal and the more lanes I cut recklessly. After hearing so many stories of people getting into accidents and ending up with amputated limbs or even dying, it scares me, but that doesn't stop me from continuing to drive in that manner + today I even drove home with blurred vision. It can't be helped, I have astigmatism. So looking at other car's head lights would cause my vision to go wonky. But what to do, I have to drive home. I guess nobody wants to think of anything bad happening to them until it happens.

Sometimes, I will get the feeling that I'm not one of those people who would live to a ripe old age. But at least, I could only hope that I get to live a fulfilling life and that when the end comes it's painless. Saying this, I should end the cold war with my mum. It has been more than a month already.

Recently my dad sent me this link to test my brain's age and mine is 29!! omg! and to think my dad is already 50 plus and his brain's age is 20 yrs old. This is horrible. I better buck up and use my brain more often. hahas.

In other news, this is my new phone! the blackberry bold =) my dad just got it for me because my plan was expiring this month. Still trying to figure everything out on it but so far I can't really tell what's all the hype about blackberries. I guess it's sleek but so far it's functions are quite similar to the iphone. Maybe I should download more applications on the BB first, and oh ya, I haven't had the chance to use the all mighty BBM yet. Singtel better start my data plan soon or else they will have a screaming Michelle at their stores. LOL!

LIKE OMG! who thought of this?! AND who the hell will wear it?! Definitely not me!!

Thurdays presentation went badly, I got shot down in the middle of my speech. But overall, at the very least he didn't scold me. =/ Glad it's over and I can FINALLY get started on my essay.

Anyways pay is finally in and I no longer have to rely on miserable coins to get by. YAYS!

I got another parking fine today while parking at the multi story carpark near my house. Didn't put a coupon because I thought it was already late so the traffic police wouldn't be patrolling around -_- who knows when I went back to the car, I was surprised with a white ticket. There goes my 60 bucks. As if I'm not broke enough, now I have to spend unnecessary money. All my fault for being too complacent! DARN YOU TP!

Have to present during history tutorial tomorrow, hope I won't be questioned or else I'll die. Oh ya and my script is 3 pages long. Don't worry, it will be damn boring, I assure you. =X

In the school library now, supposed to be "studying" but I'm totally not in the mood. =/ Loads of readings to go through and even an essay being due soon. Argh! And today, I sat the bus to school. It's really rare nowadays for me to sit any public transport ever since I had a car. Becoming a lazy bum.

Anyways afew days ago, I almost drove over a small boy. He was cycling on the side road and suddenly fell over while I was just driving past. Scared the shit out of me! I stopped and looked to see if he was okay, luckily he was fine. I don't want to be decapitating kids with my carwheels.

I really hate being overload with information. It always happens to me when I'm trying to compile an essay or a presentation. I always have the urge to read ALOT of websites and resources and in the end become overwhelmed with everything and give up. =/

Omg! it's been such a long absence. Tons of things happened to me but I don't have a habit of recording things down on a blog. Such a waste =/ I had fun reading through everything here. So, now I'll try to keep this up as long as possible. I had thoughts of starting a whole new blog, but that's too much work and I also didn't want to delete away my past memories. SO! I'll continue from this blog =) Actually I had another older blog, for the year 2005, which is MUCH MUCH more embarrassing. Glad no one knows about it. hahas!

Maybe when I'm free I'll get a new blogskin and also add in some twitter function to this page. We'll see!!
